White Blood Cell Count

White Blood Cell (WBC) Count measures the number of leukocytes, or white blood cells, circulating in the blood. These cells are produced in the bone marrow and found in both blood and lymphatic tissues. WBCs play a critical role in defending against infections and other diseases. White blood cell count is one of the strongest biomarkers among top predictors of Cardiovascular Health according to our model, as well as one of the top predictors for Respiratory and Metabolic Health.
